Most of our parents are working parents and the hours and the types of places we offer reflect their need. Many working parents are attracted to the nursery because of it's links with the school and it's strong educational bias, often moving from other childcare providers when they feel their children are ready to be doing a little bit more. Parents with a baby often start directly with us, not only for the thoroughly professional childcare service we provide but they can see that the place will grow with their child's increasing educational needs without further need to move them. Other parents, perhaps not working, use the nursery for a good pre-school experience prior to perhaps going to a local authority nursery school. Outside parents who want their children to attend the Prep School usually start their child in the nursery school first because it will guarantee them the offer of a Prep School place and help to bring the child up to the level of the children already here. Children attend the nursery for different reasons - they are from a wide geographic area and a wide range of different backgrounds. Usually they do have one thing in common - they value the emphasis that the nursery places on a strong educational content backed by the school.
